All bidders shall be required to attach the following "No Objection Certificates" and resolutions in their bids.

A letter has been issued to State governments to facilitate the procedure for issuing the abovementioned documents.

Estimate of PURA Grant

The PURA grant for the project is proposed to be calculated on the basis of the enclosed excel file PURA Grant estimate sheet.xls. The file is structured in two sheets viz. Input Sheet and PURA Grant estimation.
